摘要: 帕金森病(PD)是一种慢性进行性神经退行性疾病。信号传导与转录激活因子3(STAT3)在氧化应激、神经炎性反应、α-突触核蛋白异常聚集、线粒体功能障碍和铁死亡中参与PD的发生和发展,有望成为新的治疗靶点,为PD的治疗提供新的研究思路。

关键词: STAT3转录因子, 帕金森病, 发病机制

Abstract: Parkinson's disease (PD) is a chronic progressive neurodegenerative disease. Signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) is involved in the development and progression of PD, oxidative stress, neuro-inflammatory response, abnormal α-synuclein aggregation, mitochondrial dysfunction and iron death, so they are expected to be a new therapeutic targets and provide new research ideas for the treatment of PD.
