摘要: Kisspeptin可通过KNDy神经元激活下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴(HPGA)并调节促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)的脉冲分泌,从而调控青春发育时相的启动。本综述主要阐述Kisspeptin调控GnRH的机制以及Kisspeptin在下丘脑、垂体和卵巢3个层面的作用,以期为临床诊治青春发育异常疾病提供理论依据。

Abstract: Kisspeptin activates the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis (HPGA) and regulates the pulsatile secretion of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) through KNDy neurons, thereby regulating the initiation of the pubertal phase. This review focuses on the mechanism of GnRH regulation by Kisspeptin and the role of Kisspeptin in the hypothalamic, pituitary and ovarian, aiming to provide reference for clinical management of abnormal pubertal development.
