声动力疗法引起的细胞自噬在肿瘤和动脉粥样硬化中的研究进展

Research progress of cellular autophagy induced by sonodynamic therapy in tumors and atherosclerosis

摘要: 声动力疗法通过增加细胞内活性氧簇而促进细胞自噬。肿瘤细胞自噬会增强其自身存活能力,促进肿瘤的发生;而巨噬细胞自噬却能够减轻动脉粥样硬化斑块脂质聚积和炎性反应,抑制斑块进展。本文对声动力疗法引起的细胞自噬机制及其在肿瘤和动脉粥样硬化疾病中的作用进行了介绍,并指出其面临的问题和展望。

Abstract: Sonodynamic Therapy (SDT) is a novel way to regulate cellular autophagy by increasing intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS). Autophagy of tumor cells enhances its survival ability and promotes the occurrence of tumor, while autophagy of macrophages can regress the progression of atherosclerotic plaque by reducing the accumulation of lipids and level of inflammation. In this review, the mechanism of SDT induced autophagy and its effects on tumors and atherosclerotic diseases are introduced, and its problems and prospects are pointed out.
