摘要: 辐射诱导的认知障碍是多种类型细胞相互作用的结果,包括星形胶质细胞、内皮细胞、神经细胞、小胶质细胞和少突胶质细胞等。目前研究表明辐射会引起海马神经发生的减少,突触可塑性等神经功能的改变以及神经细胞炎性因子的升高。

Abstract: Radiation-induced cognitive impairment is hypothesized to occur because of dynamic interactions between multiple cell types, including astrocytes, endothelial cells, microglia, neurons, and oligodendrocytes. The precent studies indicate that radiation-induced changes include the decrease in hippocampus neurogenesis, alterations of neuronal functions, particularly synaptic plasticity, as well as the elevation of neuroinflammatory cytokines.
