临床课堂教学评估系统的有效性

摘要: 北京协和医院为了对八年制临床医学专业的临床课堂教学进行系统化质量监督,建立了课堂教学评估系统。从3个方面对该评估系统有效性进行检验,包括评估系统内容有效性、评估系统外因素对评估的影响以及评估结果的应用状况。根据这3个方面设计调查问卷,并对实际系统使用学生群体进行随机问卷调查,认为目前课堂教学评估系统基本有效,同时指出部分需要改进之处。

Abstract: In order to systematically supervise the quality of clinical classroom teaching of eight-year program of clinical medicine at Peking Union Medical College, a classroom teaching evaluation system was established. The effectiveness of the evaluation system was tested from three aspects including the effectiveness of the content of the evaluation system, the internal and external influence factors on the evaluation and the application of the evaluation results. A questionnaire was designed to carry out a random survey among the students. The current classroom teaching evaluation system is basically effective though there are still some weaknesses need to be improved.
