摘要/Abstract

摘要： Salusin-β是一种生物活性肽,其在促进动脉粥样硬化、升高血压、促进心肌细胞肥大、参与血管平滑肌细胞增殖及抗炎性反应等方面起着重要的作用。Salusin-β对心血管疾病的预后有一定的预测价值,有望为心血管疾病的治疗提供新的靶点和方向。

Abstract: Salusin-β is a biologically active peptide, which plays an important role in promoting atherosclerosis, raising blood pressure, promoting cardiomyocyte hypertrophy, participating in vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation and anti-inflammatory response. Salusin-β has certain predictive value for the prognosis of cardiovascular diseases, it is expected to find targets and thus support the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
