摘要: 调节性B细胞是新近发现的B细胞子集,其在抑制肿瘤免疫和促进肿瘤细胞的增殖和转移中起重要作用。Bregs可通过分泌IL-10、IL-35和TGF-β等细胞因子抑制多种细胞亚型,从而抑制抗肿瘤免疫应答。

Abstract: Regulatory B cells are a newly designated subset of B cells that have shown to play a significant role in inhibiting tumor immunity and promoting the proliferation and metastasis of tumor cells. Bregs can suppress diverse cell subtypes through the secretion of cytokines, such as IL-10, IL-35 and TGF-β, thus attenuating anti-tumor immune responses.
