长链非编码RNA在胃癌中的作用研究进展

Research progress of long non-coding RNAs in gastric cancer

摘要: 长链非编码RNAs(lncRNAs)是长度大于200 nt的非编码RNAs,与胃癌的发生发展密切相关。lncRNAs异常表达可影响胃癌细胞的生物学过程,如HOTAIR、GHET1、DANCR、HULC和MEG3等可在表观遗传学、转录和转录后水平以多种机制调节胃癌的发生、发展、侵袭和转移。因此,lncRNAs有望成为胃癌诊断和治疗的新型生物标志物,对制定诊疗计划和预后判断具有潜在指导意义。

Abstract: Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs) are a class of non-coding RNAs longer than 200 nucleotides and are closely related to the occurrence and development of gastric cancer. The abnormal expression of lncRNAs affects the biological processes of gastric cancer cells. For instance, lncRNA HOTAIR, GHET1, DANCR, HULC and MEG3 can regulate the occurrence, development, invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer via multiple mechanisms such as epigenetic, transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels. Therefore, lncRNAs are expected to become new biomarkers for diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer and have potential guiding significance for therapy and prognosis.
