心肌缺血再灌注损伤的机制和治疗

摘要: 心肌缺血再灌注损伤(MIRI)常见的机制有Ca2+ 超载、氧化应激、凋亡与自噬等,一些微小RNA及TLRs等也参与其中,这些机制相互联系,相互作用。MIRI的防治措施也不再是单一的药物治疗,缺血预处理和针对一些小分子的新药及基因治疗等新手段也逐渐开始从基础走向临床。

Abstract: As we know, calcium overload, oxidative stress, apoptosis and autophagy can induce myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury(MIRI).In addition, microRNAs, TLRs and other molecules also play an important role in MIRI. These mechanisms contact and interact with each other. The treatment of MIRI is no longer medication singly. Ischemic preconditioning, new drugs targeted small molecules, gene therapy and other new measures gradually go from bench to bedside.
