浅谈美国医学教育的临床教学反馈

A discussion on clinical education feedback teaching in American medical education

摘要: 以参观美国加州大学洛杉矶分校教学医院湾区医学中心的经历为切入点,通过具体实例分析阐述美国临床教学中教学反馈的特点,分析中美教育理念、文化差异等相关因素对临床教学反馈的影响。在临床教学中应结合教学内容、学生素质等综合考虑,采取灵活的教学反馈形式,以达到临床教学目标。

Abstract: Teaching feedback has been affected by many fact,which including education theory, culture diversity et.al. Article analysis the teaching feedback in United States clinical education by the example of the visiting student’s experience in Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. In clinical education, the aim of teaching could be successfully got by consideration the specific teaching contact and students’ idiosyncrasy and flexible teaching feedback utilization.
