摘要: 抑癌基因PTEN的缺失和突变常常和肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。而除了基因的缺失和突变,PTEN也受到许多非基因机制的调控,如转录调控、表观沉默、非编码RNA的转录后调控、翻译后修饰。

Abstract: Mutations and deletions of the tumour suppressor PTEN are frequently involved in the development of cancer. However, PTEN is also tightly controlled by various non-genomic mechanisms,such as the epigenetic silencing of PTEN, post-transcriptional regulation by non-coding RNAs and post-translational modification.
