摘要： 北京协和医学院近100年的发展历程，几经沧桑巨变并在惊涛骇浪和沧桑风雨中砥砺前行，不断推进着资源要素、培养体系、制度模式三者互相促进的良性循环和发展进步。这一切都是从根本上深刻诠释着医学精英教育的本原和逻辑，具体来讲，就是“明确的目标定位”、“科学的办学理念”、“有效的资源路径”、“健全的大医学体系”和“系统科学的培养模式和机制”。

Abstract: The history of medical education at Peking Union Medical College (PUMC) is reviewed for her philosophy and learning pathway. Elite education is the core value of school performance and this supports PUMC to implement education and training and to set up a model of teaching, training and resources mobilization. The key elements of school structure, teaching principle and education strategy are discuss.
