摘要： 钙网蛋白在人类多种肿瘤细胞的表面稳定表达，是热休克蛋白家族中的一员。它在引导肿瘤细胞凋亡、提高放化疗效果和基因治疗等方面扮演着重要角色。

Abstract: Calreticulin can express steadily on human various tumor cells surface,is a member of the heat shock protein family.It plays important roles in guiding the tumor apoptosis,improving the effect of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and gene therapy,and so on.
