Abstract: Estrogen exclusively influences the growth of thyroid carcinoma cells by estrogen receptors. Estrogen binds estrogen response element by estrogen receptor, then activating many genes ，these genes involve the growth of thyroid carcinoma cells . And estrogen stimulates the growth of thyroid carcinoma cells by the mitogen activated protein kinases signal transduction pathway.
