摘要: 血管紧张素转换酶2(ACE2)是人类ACE的第一个同源基因,为心血管纤维化的防治提供了新的作用靶点。本文就ACE2基因的生物学特性,ACE2与心血管纤维化调控以及心血管纤维化防治的最新进展作一综述。

Abstract: Angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) is the first human homologue of ACE, being a new therapeutic target for cardiovascular fibrosis and remodeling. This review focuses on the biological features of ACE2, ACE2 and its modulation in cardiovascular fibrosis as well as the latest advance in prevention and treatment of cardiovascular fibrosis.
