氧化应激增加多囊卵巢综合征患者心血管疾病风险的研究进展

摘要: 多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)与肥胖、高胰岛素血症、糖耐量受损、高雄激素血症、慢性炎性反应、血脂异常和高血压等相关,关键与氧化应激(OS)有关,后者是导致心血管疾病(CVD)风险因素之一。本文综述了多囊卵巢综合征中氧化应激增加CVD风险的机制及阻断活性氧(ROS)产生路径防治PCOS患者心血管疾病发生的可能性。

Abstract: Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is related to obesity, hyperinsulinemia, impaired glucose toler-ance, hyperandrogenism, chronic inflammatory response, dyslipidemia and hypertension. PCOS is critically associated with oxidative stress (OS), which is a risk factor for cardiovascular disease (CVD). This article reviews the mechanisms by which OS increases the risk of CVD in PCOS and the possibility of preventing CVD in PCOS patients by blocking the pathway of reactive oxygen species (ROS) production.
