摘要: 干细胞在许多领域具有广泛的治疗潜力,成为再生医学和组织工程研究中的重要种子细胞,但干细胞衰老会影响其临床应用。通过对衰老的干细胞进行有效的治疗干预,干细胞将为临床带来更大的希望。为积极探索延缓干细胞衰老的方法和机制提供干预措施,将有助于开发新的合理治疗策略。

Abstract: Stem cells have broad therapeutic potential in many fields and have been used as seed cells in regenerative medicine and tissue engineering research. However, stem cell aging is a challenge to their clinical applications. By performing effective therapeutic interventions for aging stem cells, stem cells will bring greater hope for clinical practice. This review summarizes the latest advances in stem cells biology, so to delay aging of stem cells by potential intervention to the aging process. The results of research in this field will contribute to the development of new rational treatment strategies.
