Abstract: Neuropilin-1（NRP1） is an important member of the NRP-family, which plays an important role in neural development, angiogenesis, tumor metastasis and immunity as NRP1 in various fields. NRP1 can promote tumor angiogenesis, proliferation and metastasis through a variety of mechanisms, while in the immune system it can regulate the primary immune response and which is a key factor in anti-tumor immunity. Further research of NRP1 will provide new directions and opportunities for the nervous system, vascular system and tumor treatment.
