Abstract: Objective To observe the drug safety and adverse reactions of the different paclitaxel premedication, explore a new paclitaxel premedication procedure Methods Two kinds of the premedication procedure be used before injection of paclitaxel, one in standard premedication procedure, the other in adjusted premedication procedure, observe the drug safety and adverse reactions of the different paclitaxel premedication procedure, then explore a new paclitaxel premedication procedure Results The acute allergic reaction, neurotoxicity, gastrointestinal reaction rates were not statistically significant between 77 cases in application of adjustment premedication procedure and 78 cases in standard premedication procedure Conclusion The adjusted paclitaxel premedication procedure is safety, effective.
