Abstract: Abstract purpose : The study is aimed at determining inhibition effect on human bladder cancer line T24 by sunitinb in vitro . Methods : T24 bladder cells line were treated by 0.625、1.25、2.5、5、10 and 20μmol/L sunibinib in 24、48、72 h. The cytotoxic activity was analyzed by MTT . Results Sunitinib inhibited T24 cell proliferation in dose-dependent manner. When the plasma drug concentration exceeded up to 5μmol/L , the inhibitory rate of Sunibinib was more than Cisplatin （P<0.05）. Inhibitory rate of Sunibinib increased with the extension of incubation time , which showed no significant difference to Cisplatin（P>0.05） . Conclusions : Sunitinib inhibited bladder cell line T24 proliferation in dose-dependent and time dependent manner .
