摘要: 香烟烟雾(CS)含有大量毒性和致癌性化合物,CS通过不同分子、细胞机制对呼吸道结构、先天性和适应性免疫及微生物组稳态的改变诱导肺部感染重症化。CS暴露与新型冠状病毒肺炎/感染(COVID-19)的不良预后密切相关。通过CS影响的不同机制有助于理解CS所致重症肺炎的病理生理学,为治疗药物提供潜在可能性。

Abstract: Cigarette smoke(CS) contains a large number of toxic and carcinogenic compounds. CS induces severe lung infections through different molecular and cellular mechanisms of alteration of respiratory tract structure, innate and adaptive immunity and microbiome homeostasis. CS is strongly associated with poor prognosis in corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19). The different mechanisms through which CS effects contribute to the understanding of the pathophysiology of CS-induced severe pneumonia and explore potential medicine.
