Abstract: Objective Young teachers are important factors for the sustainable development of aerospace medicine, so it is an important measure to enhance their teaching ability for the reform of curriculum system. Methods The training mechanism of young teachers has been set up with a series of measures, such as encouraging individualized teaching, promoting actual combat teaching and carrying out the teaching competitions. Results The quality of teachers has been enhanced gradually, and the reform of aerospace medical system has been advanced. Conclusion Through a series of measures, the teaching ability of young teachers has been significantly improved, and the satisfaction rate of students' classroom quality questionnaires has exceeded 95%.
