Abstract: It is a new idea to adapted supervisor responsibility system in standardized training for residency of general practitioners. According to the disadvantages in the general medicine residency training and teachers quantity not sufficient, the supervisor responsibility system is adapted and used in the training, which is conformable for the training, and has its special characteristics. To some extent, it overcome the disadvantages of the traditional teaching methods, and alleviate the problem of shortage of teachers numbers. It has played a positive role in improving the students' research capacity and innovation ability.
