25例阴性结石的研究

Study on 25 Cases of Urinary Negative Stones

摘要: 目的 分析泌尿系结石中阴性结石的组分及尿微晶性质,期望为临床上预防与治疗阴性结石提供重要的依据。方法 采用X射线衍射(XRD)和傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)对手术取出的25例阴性结石联合进行分析;同时采用纳米粒度仪研究了结石患者尿微晶的Zeta电位,并与30例健康对照者进行了比较。结果 25例阴性结石中,以尿酸为主要组分的有24例(其中6例含有少量的草酸钙),1例为尿酸铵结石。阴性结石患者的尿pH值均比较低,平均值为5.25±0.26,而健康对照者的尿pH平均值为6.06±0.41;其尿液微晶Zeta电位(平均值-5.04±3.48 mV),高于健康对照者(平均值-10.27±1.35 mV)。结论 阴性结石患者的尿pH低于健康对照者,但不存在明显差异(P>0.05);其尿液微晶的Zeta电位(-5.04±3.48 mV)高于健康对照者(-10.27±1.35 mV),差异明显(P<0.05)。

Abstract: Objective In order to seek the methods in the prevention and cure of urinary negative stones, the compositions of stones and the zeta potential of their urinary crystallites were analyzed. Methods Twenty-five negative stone samples were investigated by XRD and FT-IR. The zeta potential of urinary crystallites in lithogenic urines were investigated by nanoparticle size analyzer and were compared with 30 samples of healthy subjects. Results 24 cases of the negative stones mainly consisted of uric acid in which 6 cases containing a small quantity of calcium oxalate. Only one sample was ammonium urate. The urine pH of the negative stone formers, with an average of 5.25±0.26, was lower than that of the healthy subjects with an average of 6.06±0.41. The Zeta potential of urinary crystallites in 25 lithogenic patients was -5.04±3.48 mV, which being higher than that in normal subjects (-10.27±1.35 mV). Conclusions The urine pH of urinary negative stone formers was lower than that of the healthy subjects, but there is on difference between them (P>0.05). The Zeta potential of urinary crystallites in negative stone formers (with an average of -5.04±3.48 mV) was higher than that in healthy subjects (with an average of -10.27±1.35 mV), there is difference between them (P<0.05).
