NF-κ B在一些心血管疾病中的作用

The role of NF-κ B in some cardiovascular diseases.

摘要: 世界范围内,心血管疾病仍然是威胁人类健康的头等杀手,引起这些疾病的分子机制并没有得到阐明,但是转录因子核因子-kappa B(nuclear factor-kappa B, NF-κ B)与心血管疾病存在一定关系。近年来,NF-κ B在心血管疾病中的作用越来越受到人们的重视,本文就NF-κ B的生理特性;NF-κ B在低氧炎症中的作用;NF-κ B在内皮细胞凋亡中的作用;以及NF-κ B与一些心血管疾病病理的关系等方面进行了综述。

Abstract: Cardiovascular diseases are still the primary cause of death worldwide. The molecular mechanisms have not been fully elucidated, however the nuclear factor-kappa B seems to link with cardiovascular diseases. In recent years, the importance of NF-κ B in cardiovascular disease has received much attention. In this paper, the following contents were reviewed, which included the physiological characteristic of NF-κ B, the role of NF-κ B in hypoxia inflammation, the role of NF-κ B in endothelial cell apoptosis, the relationship between NF-κ B and some cardiovascular diseases pathology.
