医学研究生学术素养与科研能力课程体系的构建与实施

摘要: 医学科研的目标是揭示人体生命活动的本质和规律,探索相关疾病的发生机理,维护人类健康,提高疾病诊治水平。医学科研的特点赋予了医学研究生们应具备更突出的创新思维、更全面的科研素质、更严谨的学术作风和更坚韧的探索精神。为此,本文结合第四军医大学神经生物学教研室近2年的教学实践,开设了《医学研究生学术素养与科研能力》课程新体系,旨在培养一支卓越的医学研究生队伍,为高素质的创新型人才奠定坚实的基础。

Abstract: The objective of medical research is to explore the essence of life science, to reveal the mechanisms of human diseases and to improve human health and diagnosis and treatment level. This requires the medical graduates to have more prominent innovative thinking, more comprehensive scientific quality, more rigorous academic style and more tenacious scientific spirit. To this end, we established a new curriculum of academic literacy and research ability for the medical graduates based on the teaching practices in the Department of Neurobiology of Fourth Military Medical University in the past two years. This aims to cultivate outstanding medical graduates and to lay a solid foundation for the professional medical talents.
