PBL教学法在医学本科生耳鼻喉科临床教学改革中的应用

Application of PBL method in otolaryngological teaching reform for medical undergraduates

摘要: 目的 探讨PBL教学模式在临床教学活动中引入的可能性。方法 研究对象为61名正在进行耳鼻喉科学习的2009级医大本科生,其中男生:女生为22﹕39,年龄23 ~ 26岁。以见习小组为单位随机分为两组,即:PBL教学组及传统教学组,分别有29名和32名学生。以调查问卷和量表形式收集反馈意见,并进行统计分析。结果 PBL组学生在见习后对耳鼻喉学科的评价优于见习前(p?0.05)。而传统组学生仅部分项目优于见习前。见习后两组学生除了“耳鼻喉科的重要性,对病人初步处理的能力”等项无差异,其余各项中PBL组均优于传统组。(OR>1)。结论 PBL教学法优于传统教学法,值得在临床教学中推广。

Abstract: Objectives To evaluate the effects of PBL method in Otolaryngological education for medical undergraduates. Methods 61medical undergraduates were enrolled into this study and were divided randomly into two groups: the PBL group and the traditional teaching method group. Questionnaires were collected and statistical analyses were conducted. Results The scores of the evaluations for education of Otolaryngology were much better in the PBL group than that in the traditional teaching method group in most aspects according to the questionnaires. Conclusions: PBL method is a good teaching method for the study of Otolaryngology. Combination of PBL with other teaching methods will be an ideal way for medical education in Otolaryngology.
