摘要： 通过对中国中央政府社会资本举办医疗机构的政策法律回顾和地方立法经验介绍，分析现状和问题，探讨促进中国社会资本举办医疗机构的政策法律措施。

Abstract: Through the review of policy and law on the setting up of medical institutions by social capital of Chinese Central Government and the introduction of local legislation experience, this paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems, and explores policy and legal measures to promote the establishing of medical institutions by social capital.
