Abstract: Ideal diagnostic methods of invasive candidiasis, the fourth nosocomial infection are urgently desirable to date. Even though great progress has been made on the subject which uses the antigen, antibody and nucleotide as the detection targets, they are hard to solve the practical problems confronted to clinical requirement due to issues such as sensitivity, specificity, standardization and design of study et al. Highly conserved and rich diagnostic markers might be a good solution to such problem.
