Abstract: Colon rectal neoplasia differentially expressed (CRNDE) RNA is a long non-coding RNA molecule that regulates gene expression at multiple levels including transcriptional, post-transcriptional and translational levels, plays a role in a variety of physiological and pathological processes. CRNDE is involved in the development and prognosis of colorectal tumors, glioma, hepatocellular carcinoma and other tumor diseases, inflammatory response such as pneumonia and sepsis, diabetic cardiomyopathy and osteoporosis. So it is expected to be a new biomarker or therapeutic target.

Key words: colon rectal neoplasia differentially expressed, tumor, inflammation
