Abstract: Rosacea is a chronic inflammatory skin disease mainly affecting the middle of the face with a variety of systemic comorbidities. This article reviews comorbidities of rosacea, including cardiovascular diseases, metabolic diseases, digestive diseases, malignancies, and neuropsychiatric diseases, and provides suggestions on how to deal with comorbidities of rosacea. If rosacea patients have symptoms or signs of other diseases, or abnormal results of laboratory examinations or imaging examinations, they should be referred to the corresponding department for further treatment. It is necessary to further investigate the relationship between rosacea and its comorbidities, especially the relationship between different subtypes of rosacea and their comorbidities, to facilitate the treatment and management of rosacea patients.
