Exploration on standardized training of pediatric residents during the COVID-19 pandemic

Abstract: This article discussed how to train standardized pediatric residents during the COVID-19 pandemic, which included the knowledge and capacity building for infection prevention and control, standardized residents training and psychological intervention and so on. It ought to be useful to improve the professional competence of pediatric residents.
