Abstract: With the rapid development and wide application of information technology, the learning online depends on video resources has become more and more accepted, which can supplement the traditional classroom teaching. Our goal is to design a teaching video resource library base on blended learning modes, as a teaching aid system and so to create an efficient learning environment for faculty and students through facilitating communication and interaction between teachers and students, and improve learning outcomes.
