Abstract: microRNA,the regulator which has main effects at transcription level, plays a privotal role on angiogenesis, and the negative regulation of miR-200b on angiogenesis in chronic wound of diabetes is deeply studied. Targets presently known of miR-200b cover Ets-1, VEGF, VEGFR1, VEGFR2,GATA proteins and so on.
