Abstract: In order to strengthen the management of a mentor, PUMCH has established the tutor assessment system. During the application and the implement of this system, some problems are revealed and some adjustments are made to improve it accordingly. On the basis of PUMCH’s management practices of tutor assessment system, the author analyzed and summarized the related features and difficulties，and made some recommendations for future improvement.
