Abstract: In the basic and clinical researches, the tracing methods and its effects of stem cells on targets have been of the key. Hence, it's critical to create innovative and breakthrough methods for stem cell marker and cell tracing, to explore the migration routes and its reciprocity with microenvironment targets in the body, to monitor and track the effect after stem cell transplantation therapy, it will play a good role in promoting animal experiment and clinical applications.
