Advances in the research of targeting the signaling pathways of leukaemia stem cells in chronic myeloid leukaemia

Abstract: Leukaemia stem cells (LSCs) is the main source of drug resistance, recur- rence and poor prognosis in treatment of chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). Specific elimination of LSCs is expected to become a way to cure CML. The signaling path-ways in LSCs are abnormal, such as WNT/β –catenin,JAK/STAT,PI3K/AKT, and so on.
