Abstract: There were a large number of adipokines secreted by adipose tissue such as adiponectin, leptin, resistin etc, all these adipokines were involved in the development of the metabolic syndrome. In recent years, an adipokine named chemerin also been reported in the pathogenesis of this disease, such as insulin resistance, lipid disorders.
