Abstract: The retinal ischemia-reperfusion injury often causes visual impairment, occurs during acute glaucoma IOP lowering treatment, thrombolytic treatment of retinal vascular occlusive disease and various ophthalmic surgical procedures which affect retinal blood flow, using testing indexs such as electroretinogram, malondialdehyde, transcription factors and inflammatory factors, to evaluate retinal ischemia-reperfusion injury, and to guide clinical treatment.
