Study on content and approaches of professional quality cultivation in eight-year program medical students of China

Abstract: Despite the eight-year program medical students training objectives has no agreement, the concept of "elite education" has clinical hospital in the medical colleges and universities, and even the social consensus. Based on the definition of eight-year program medical students in our country, on the basis of professional quality concept, through the literature method, comparison analysis method, and analyzes the several eight-year program medical students training institutions in the professional quality cultivation ways and means, and on this basis, put forward China's eight-year program medical students professional quality raised some suggestions, so as to colleges and universities in the eight-year program medical students professional literacy cultivation work to provide the reference, to improve the eight-year program medical students professional quality to cultivate scientific research level.
