Abstract: Abstract: Fascin protein as a kind of actin-binding protein, by increasing the cell membrane bumps, participate in cell signaling pathways and changes in cell adhesion and extracellular matrix and other ways to promote tumor cell invasion and metastasis. It's related to tissue differentiation, tumor grade and lymph node metastasis and other factors of gynecological malignancies. Fascin protein is expected to be the effective judgment of prognosis of the patients of gynecological tumors. The fascin protein as a target for the treatment of gynecological cancer treatment may provide a new way of thinking.
