Abstract: Authors review the history of pre-medical education， summarize the courseworks, graduate requirements and change of pre-medical education in the U.S. Authors also summarize the timeline, courseworks of pre-med education in China. The differences of pre-med education in different Chinese medical schools have been analyzed. Referring to the international medical education, the pre-med education in China should be allocated more time. The combination of pre-med education and undergraduate education also should be concerned.
