Abstract: The self-renewal of HSCs is co-regulated by the micro-environment and its own genes including HOX、MYC、BMI-1. At the same time, some signaling pathways such as WNT，NOTCH/JAGGED，FGF，JAK-STAT also play crucial roles in the self-renewal of HSCs.
