Abstract: For medical students clinical observation is an important turning point from theory to clinical practice;full and systematic clinical practice provides student，s with practical clinical experience,enhancing and strengthening the students theoretical knowledge,an extremely important stage of training in independent work.This article is based on the observations of the features of clinical teaching,analyzing contemporary clinical teaching and the extant ethical issues in the students clinical studies，and thus exploring possible solutions．
