摘要: MicroRNAs (miRNAs)是存在于真核生物中一类长度约为20~24个nt的非编码小分子单链RNA,可调控多种基因的表达。研究发现, 缺血性损伤组织中一系列的miRNAs表达发生了明显变化,且其改变可显著影响缺血组织的血管新生。

Abstract: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of 20-24 nt non-coding RNAs that regulate gene expression primarily through posttranscriptional repression or mRNA degradation in a sequence-specific manner. It was reported that miRNAs have an important role on the regulation of new blood vessels. The thesis summarized miRNAs associated with therapeutic angiogenesis and reviewed latest studies of mechanism and clinic application of this novel therapy.
