摘要/Abstract

摘要： 中国眼科学住院医师规范化培训已在全国范围内常规开展,但是玻璃体视网膜专科医师培训体系尚未广泛建立。本文就美国纽约哥伦比亚大学眼科学系与北京大学第三医院眼科中心玻璃体视网膜专科医师培训现状做了描述,分析培训的异同,以期建立符合中国国情的玻璃体视网膜专科医师培训体系,为培养出更多优秀的玻璃体视网膜专科医生提供思路。

Abstract: The resident standardized training program of ophthalmology in China has been carried out widely. However, the vitreoretinal fellow training program has not been established. This article describes the vitreoretinal fellow training program both in Department of Ophthalmology of Columbia University and Ophthalmology Center of Peking University Third Hospital, and the differences of the two programs are also analyzed. It aims to build a Chinese vitreoretinal fellow training program, so more qualified vitreoretinal doctors will be trained through this program.
