运动改善肌少症的免疫机制研究进展

摘要: 在老年人群中,肌少症成为近年研究热点。慢性低水平炎性反应是导致肌肉流失的重要因素,运动训练是减少骨骼肌质量损失的有效对策,其机制可能是增强免疫系统的反应,激发抗炎环境。不同运动方式改善肌少症的免疫机制,对肌少症的预防与治疗有重要意义。

关键词: 肌少症, 运动, 免疫系统, 炎性反应

Abstract: Sarcopenia occurred in aged population has become a research hotspot in recent years. Chronic low-level inflammation is an important factor leading to muscle loss. Exercise training is an effective countermeasure to antagonize skeletal muscle loss, and its mechanism is potentially explained by enhancing the response of immune system and Stimulating an in vivo anti-inflammatory response.The immune mechanisms which improves clinical outcome of sarcopenia by different exercise methods need more research for the prevention and treatment of sarcopenia in aged population.
