血液高凝状态在肝硬化中作用的研究进展

Research progress of blood hypercoagulable state in liver cirrhosis

摘要: 肝硬化患者容易合并凝血功能障碍,血液高凝状态是其中一种表现。血液高凝状态除了参与静脉血栓形成外,最新证据证实其还参与肝损伤、肝再生、肝纤维化的发生。本文从血液高凝状态在肝硬化中的发生机制、肠道微生态环境在其中的作用以及血液高凝状态在肝硬化中最新影响机制的研究进行综述,为肝硬化患者的诊疗提供新理念。

关键词: 血液高凝状态, 肝纤维化, 肝脏再生, 肝损伤, 肠道微生态环境

Abstract: The patients with liver cirrhosis are often complicated with coagulation dysfunction, and blood hypercoagulable state is one of the manifestations. Blood hypercoagulable state is not only involved in thrombosis, the latest evidence confirms that it is also involved in liver injury, liver regeneration and liver fibrosis. This review attempts to discuss the mechanism of blood hypercoagulable state in liver cirrhosis, the role of intestinal microecological environment in it and the latest influence mechanism of blood hypercoagulable state in liver cirrhosis.To provide a new concept for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with liver cirrhosis.
