摘要： 甲状腺功能紊乱会影响新陈代谢、生长和发育，严重的影响人类繁殖，包括干扰卵泡生成、排卵障碍、影响受精率、早产和流产等等，甚至会使卵巢衰竭。因此，甲状腺激素（THs）在卵泡发育过程中起着非常重要的作用。

Abstract: Thyroid dysfunction can affect metabolism, growth and development, even affect animal reproduction seriously, including disturbance of follicle formation, ovulating, fertilisation, premature birth, abortion and so on, and, in serious cases ovarian failure, so thyroid hormones (THs) play a very important role in the process of follicle development.
