相关性miRNAs在骨肉瘤中作用的研究进展

Progress on the role of miRNA in osteosarcoma

摘要: 骨肉瘤(OS)是骨组织中最常见的恶性肿瘤,其恶性程度高,易发生于儿童和青少年。MicroRNA(miRNA)是指1类长度约为18~25nt的非编码RNA。miRNA在转录后水平通过促进靶mRNA降解或抑制翻译过程而发挥负性调控作用。miRNA与骨肉瘤的发生发展、侵袭转移以及预后息息相关,并在其中发挥着重要作用。miRNA在骨肉瘤组织细胞中的差异性表达为骨肉瘤早期诊断及治疗提供新的作用靶点。

Abstract: Osteosarcoma (OS) is the most common malignancy in bone tissue. Its high degree of malignancy, prone to children and adolescents. MicroRNA (miRNA) refers to a class of non-coding RNAs having a length of about 18~25 nt. miRNAs play a negative regulatory role at the post-transcriptional level by promoting target mRNA degradation or inhibiting the translation process. miRNAs are associated with the development, invasion, metastasis, and prognosis of osteosarcoma, and play an important role. The differential expression of miRNAs in osteosarcoma cells provides a new target for the early diagnosis and treatment of osteosarcoma.
